All inquiries regarding Tours/Travel Services should be directed to TourMyBharat.

Payments:

  • A certain advance payment is required to confirm bookings, with the balance payable before departure from your country or upon arrival in India, but definitely before the commencement of services.
  • Full payment is necessary for Special Train Journeys, hotel, or resort bookings during peak seasons such as X-Mas and New Year.
  • Overseas advance payments can be made through wire transfer to our bank.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation charges apply based on the timing of the cancellation, with stricter policies for peak seasons.
  • Cancellations must be notified in writing.
  • Payments during the X-mas and New Year period from 20 Dec to 05 Jan are non-refundable.
  • Limited refunds are available for cancellations after trip commencement.

Wildlife Safaris Cancellation:

  • All wildlife safaris booked into Indian Wildlife National Parks/Sanctuaries are non-refundable.
  • Even date change requests are considered cancellations with no refunds.

Liabilities & Limitations:

  • TourMyBharat acts as an agent for service providers, and all arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of those providers.
  • Itineraries are sample itineraries and subject to change based on various factors.
  • Rates are based on negotiated agreements with service providers and may change without notice.
  • TourMyBharat is not liable for delays or alterations due to natural hazards, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • Visitors are advised to seek insurance for accidents, sickness, and theft as TourMyBharat does not provide coverage.
  • TourMyBharat is not responsible for costs arising from unforeseen circumstances like landslides or bad weather.
